If you want to get away from the heat of the city and taste Venetian cooking and wines at the same time, a great solution is to have a little trip to the Colli Euganei. Last Sunday I went there with my parents and we had lunch at the Prosciutteria Trattoria al Roccolo, in via Roccolo, in Torreglia Alta.
As you can understand from the name of the restaurant the specialty of the place is sliced ham and salami, but you will also find a wide variety of first courses and meat. Don’t forget a good glass of wine!
The perfect way to conclude your day is with a piece of cake and a walk in the open air!
